
Sam Wallace was born in Missoula and
attended primary schools locally. He
finished pre-med at University of
Montana in 1992. He attended medical
school at The Western University of
Health Science, College of Osteopathic
Medicine of the Pacific, in Pomona,
California. Graduating in 1996 with his
D.O. ( doctor of osteopathy ), he did a
year long general rotating internship in
Portland, Oregon at Eastmoreland
Hospital. He then finished two more
years of a Family Practice Residency at
Western U, and received his Board
Certification in Family Practice in 2000.
He has been the physician in various
ERs and Urgent Cares throughout the
state. He founded Missoula Osteopathic
Clinic, PLLC in 2000. In 2004, he moved
all of his practice efforts into Missoula
Osteopathic Clinic. He occasionally
misses the ER, but this is fleeting.
He lives in Missoula with his wife and two
lovely daughters and is having a great
time being a husband, father, Missoulian,
and osteopath. He enjoys many of the
seasonal activities in Montana.
